I’m a sucker for good customer service. This place was awesome. I always asked my dad my car questions, but he passed away in march. My car had an overheating problem. I was wary about having to go to a mechanic, but they treated me very well. They worked on it til the problem was solved, and got me a loaner car. Hopefully my car doesn’t give me any more trouble, but if it does, I will take it there.

This business is top notch! Professional, friendly and prompt. I can speak for myself when I say that finding a good mechanic is just as important as finding a good doctor. I trust these gentlemen to be honest, trustworthy and competent that’s important to me for safety and reliability. My son and I have both had our vehicles serviced there and I’ve been nothing but pleased. Keep up the great work ethic and awesome work!!!

I’ve had service several times they are nice men and have done great work at really fair price . I had a difficult service engine light that was diagnosed and fixed . All I can say is I’ll be back . Thank you to everyone at innovative.
