Absolutely amazing shop. After getting quotes from 3 other shops and having a horrible experience with 1 of those 3, this 4th shop, Innovative, easily stood out with their customer service and top notch communication and explanation of everything. I worked directly with Bo and he was always pleasant and kind. I have recommended this shop to friends and will continue to bring them my business.

I, unfortunately, had trouble with my car 2 times. Both problems were unrelated, but Bo and his staff resolved the problems and were very generous with their time to solve the mysteries of my problems. I trust them implicitly with my vehicles and feel they can be trusted to do a great job. I also trust their integrity, which will keep bringing me back.

Had ignition coils burning up. Jo keep me well informed and the tech fixed my vehicle and kept it as cost effective as possible would recommend to anyone.
